Position Profile
We are looking for an Integrated Media Lead with a diverse background of client and category experience and a history of designing and implementing integrated communications programs that cut through the clutter. This position requires a true media junkie – someone with relentless curiosity about the people, platforms, and processes that make stories travel in a connected media world. Working with account, strategy, and creative teams, our Integrated Media Lead will oversee a growing team of specialists spanning IM strategy, earned media relations, influencer marketing, digital and social content, community management, and paid media.

The right leader will recognize and understand how media is evolving and be at the forefront of strategically and creatively socializing stories across all formats and platforms people use to find news. Our ideal candidate is the type of person who’s exploring YouTube, podcasts, Instagram Stories, TikTok, and emerging platforms for unique voices – and passionately introducing them to our broader team and clients. The Integrated Media Lead will steer our IM point of view and work, counsel clients, participate in new business opportunities, mentor talent, and provide thought leadership.
