POSITION PROFILE
Current Global is looking for a Junior Associate for our growing healthcare practice. Joining the Client Experience community, we are seeking someone who is ambitious and passionate about healthcare and making a difference in the lives of patients living with various diseases and conditions. The Junior Associate will collaborate with account teams to execute the day-to-day work, helping to deliver breakthrough public relations and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communications skills and an ability to translate client needs into project plans.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide executional support on multiple client projects as directed with minimal supervision
• Prepare timely team and client updates on project execution across multiple client programs
• Proactively identify issues or opportunities, and recommend solutions for assigned programs
• Create client-ready documents (meeting agendas, project updates, recommendations, results reporting, etc.)
• Draft written content (fact sheets, media pitches, social media content, etc.)
• Support event planning and execution (live and virtual)
• Conduct traditional and social media audits to inform programming and tactical execution
• Contribute to program measurement and evaluation criteria
• Accurately maintain executional tools, trackers, and reporting

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• PR agency, journalism, or related internship experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative work style
• Excellent time management skills
• Very detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
• Entrepreneurial, inclusive, and endlessly curious

NYC Salary Range: $45,000-$47,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
